The Office of Workforce and Community Initiatives (OWCI) is seeking candidates to fill an Administrative Support Professional position located in Cole County based at 3705 MO Blvd 2nd Floor, Jefferson City, MO.
Duties include, but are not limited to: • Supervision of Hourly & Intermittent (H&I) Staff
• Assist management with schedules
• Review, schedule, and manage staff travel plans
• Process monthly staff expense reports
• Manage office equipment inventory
• Review Warehouse and E-store inventory
• Draft written communication and emails
• Collect information for dissemination
• Maintain all electronic and hard copy files.
• Other duties as requested.
4-6 years of relevant experience
or a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.
Preferred Qualifications : - Exercise independence in problem solving
- Skills in written communication
- Data Entry and Management in Excel
