DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
This description may not include all duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title.
• Review applications to create Missouri Tax Identification numbers.
• Complete data entry tasks to input tax return figures and taxpayer information.
• Research and correct business tax returns to ensure timely processing.
• Correspond with both internal and external customers about tax processing.
• Assist taxpayers with filing issues and promote electronic filing options, via phone and e-mail correspondence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possess a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate, and
• Six or more months of experience in clerical or general office support work
