Innovation and Technology Department (ITD) is accepting applications for an
IT Licensing & Compliance Analyst III* who willbe involved in the support of enterprise-level and non-enterprise-level information technology licensing, compliance, optimization, procurement, and budgeting. Duties may include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business rules and requirements; diagramming workflows; ensuring system and business requirements are met by monitoring available metrics and collecting feedback post-implementation; leading process improvement efforts to enhance business performance; assisting in evaluating new technologies that may enable business success; maintain software and hardware multi-year agreements; writing functional specifications and proposals; preparing funding requests; and acting as the business subject matter expert while serving as a coach and a mentor to more junior analysts, delegating tasks as appropriate.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Pre-Employment Process: Incumbents must pass a background investigation, which includes fingerprinting, work history & education check, as well as a job-related physical exam and drug screening.
Availability: Some positions require availability for night and swing shifts, weekends, and on-call, including holidays as needed.

Minimum RequirementsCandidates MUST meet the Experience and Education requirement to qualify. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience performing license management, asset management, and licensing of hardware/software contracts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Completed bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, accounting, finance, or closely related field.
