The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking applications for an Associate Research/Data Analyst position within the FSD Fiscal Unit. This position will be located in Cole County based at 615 Howerton Court, Jefferson City, MO.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Tracking staff coding changes.
- Monthly preparation of staffing reports by unit for manager review, preparation of summary of staff changes, and assessment of staff coding report for past changes reported.
- Tracking status of performance measure data, coordination with program and DFAS staff to prepare FSD Budget Book edits for review by the FSD Fiscal Unit Mgmt. and FSD Director.
- Coordinate with HR to acquire timely updates of hiring status for all pending positions and assist with tracking of PS spending.
- Prepare spreadsheets for tracking of fiscal data and processes as needed.
- Review and approval of IT purchase requests.
- Coordination of IT Verification Project, IT 5-Year Refresh for IT equipment assignments, and DFAS Inventory Projects.
- Preparation of Journal Voucher requests to correct expenditure coding.
- Monthly/Quarterly preparation of expenditure reports and coordination with FSD and DFAS management teams for federal grant reconciliation.
- Supervision of the current Admin Support Professional position in the FSD Fiscal Unit.
- Other duties as assigned.
Administrative Analyst I: Four or more years of experience as a Administrative Support Assistant with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or GED certificate.
ORFour or more years of technical or professional experience in public or business administration; and possession of a high school diploma or GED certificate.
(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university which included credit hours in English, Public or Business Administration, Graphic Arts, or a closely related area may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience at a rate of 30 earned credit hours for one year.)
Administrative Analyst II: One or more years of experience as an Administrative Analyst I or Forms Analyst I with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
ORFive or more years of professional or technical experience in public or business administration, including one or more years in the analysis and/or development of methods and procedures, forms composition, or forms design; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.

sis for the required general experience at a rate of 30 earned credit hours for one year.)
