- Shaping the future of judicial automation and application development
- Guiding teams in software development, system security, and IT innovation
- Advising leadership and stakeholders on the best ways to meet court technology needs
- Leading strategic planning and budget development for critical IT services
- Assist the IT Director in operational, personnel and strategic duties
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business/public administration, or related field
- 6+ years of professional IT experience, including 3 in supervisory roles
- A Master’s degree in information technology may substitute for 2 years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of software application development, systems analysis/design, and implementing cybersecurity technologies, practices as they relate to application development
Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
Preferred Qualifications -
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects
- Strong grasp of budget management, personnel oversight, and data-driven planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and roles
- Technical knowledge of, but not limited to: Agile development methodologies, Java, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, Windows, Enterprise Application Architecture and Project Management
