This position will be located at 1659 E. Elm Street and operate 8am - 5pm with an hour lunch. - Assist with time accounting duties, i.e. enter or review employee time sheets, create and submit manual entry time sheets into database as necessary, monitor employee time reporting issues email group, and assist fiscal management with payroll reconciling.
- Review invoices for the division and add applicable accounting coding information prior to payment, scan documents for payment processing, use the web-based software to submit invoices for payment processing.
- Process outgoing/incoming mail for our central office, reserve lodging and/or vehicles for staff use as needed, maintain supplies for program, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Equivalent to those typically gained by: - One year of clerical/office, timekeeping, and/or accounts payable experience.
