    Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

You will be the point person for all the fiscal aspects of several programs managed by the department, so successful candidates will be self-starters with a high attention to detail and ability to work with many groups of people.

    • Assist Programs with grant budget development
    • Meet with programmatic staff regularly to discuss and present budget status
    • Assist programs with expenditure recommendations and determining allowable expenses
    • Create and update spreadsheets to monitor grants for under- or over-spending
    • Work with the processing teams to ensure payments are made timely
    • Maintain up to date projections of payroll related to program operations
    • Provide fiscal expertise to and assistance to Bureaus/Offices you oversee
    • Maintain up to date projections of the payroll related to program operations


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Ability to work within deadlines
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 0-2 Years of relevant experience
    • Experience with managing federal grants is a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Access
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
