- Be the authority on the employment application system.
- Post positions, track vacancies, ensure status updates are properly inputted by hiring areas, and assist Department users in every aspect of learning and keeping updated with changes to the system.
- Provide guidance to applicants, employees, supervisors, and managers regarding the application, interview, and hiring process.
- Source and recruit professional candidates.
- Develop and execute customized recruiting strategies based on internal organizational needs.
- Assist managers and supervisors with creation of interview questions and participate on interview panels.
- Collaborate with other state agency recruiters to identify opportunities for recruitment and learn best practices.
- Conduct background screening for all Revenue employees.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
