Job Location: This position will be located at 205 Jefferson St., Jefferson City, MO 65101.

- Supervise business curriculum projects and assist schools/districts with curriculum development, implementation, and professional development.
- Serve as the FBLA State Adviser, managing and executing annual high school and middle level FBLA conferences at the state and national level.
- Create and maintain vendor contracts, manage digital registration processes, secure presenters, supervise site staff, and manage program standard aligned competitive events.
- Manage business education programs to ensure compliance with career and technical education program guidelines.
- Establish rapport and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Communicate and express ideas effectively, both orally and in writing
- Participate in state and national professional associations and consult with schools/districts to promote, develop, and evaluate programs.
- Serve as ex-officio member on the Missouri FBLA Board, guiding the strategic and fiduciary management of the association and planning and organizing two annual board meetings.
- Work collaboratively to support various activities with other career and technical student organizations.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance .
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Education or Marketing Education, or closely related field.
OR - Four or more years of experience in teaching, coordinating, or supervising business, marketing and/or closely related fields.
