Job Location: This position will be located at 112 Plaza Drive, Sikeston, MO. 63801. Schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

- Prepare food and beverages according to a menu.
- Serve food to patients.
- Set up service areas with food, utensils, and garnishments.
- Assemble patient trays.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Follow food safety and portion guidelines.
- Adhere to therapeutic diets.
- Provide customer service.
- Operate cash register.
- Assist in the preparation of bakery items.
- Assist in the setup, service, and collection of garbage/trash.
- Supervise the food temperature requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
- Maintain garbage collection site and kitchen floor areas in a neat and sanitary fashion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrive to work on time, returns from lunch on time and minimizes unscheduled absences.
- Physical needs: Be able to lift 50 pounds, bend at waist, and stand for extended periods.
