This instrumental position in the Human Resources and Total Rewards office will provide quality customer service to the employees of the Department of Revenue. You’ll love the strong, supportive work environment and have the opportunity to learn and grow in this position.

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
This description may not include all of the duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title.- Pre-screen candidates for entry level and temporary positions.
- Assist with the Department’s hiring system.
- Assist and participate in hiring and recruiting events.
- Assist with background checks.
- Assist with answering questions regarding application, interview, and hiring process for hiring managers a candidates.
- Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency
- 2 -4 years of relevant experience, above general clerical work.
- Interview, recruitment, and hiring experience preferred.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience is beneficial.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
