We are recruiting to fill a Human Resources Management Analyst II position to perform mid-level management work in the Human Resource Department to ensure human resources management functions are delivered and applied consistently and in a timely manner.
- Assist with providing Human Resources related training to staff. Training will be judiciary wide and some will require travel to courts around the State of Missouri.
- Maintain employee, payroll and leave records in the state-wide payroll system.
- Provide guidance in response to inquires on payroll, policies, and employee benefits, and other human resources related issues.
- Compile training content and develop and deliver presentations.
- Process and track specialized programs.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management and 1 year of professional experience in a related field
Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
Preferred qualifications - Knowledge of the SAM II - HR system
- General knowledge of federal and state employment laws and rules and regulations as applied to human resources.
- Ability to present in front of small to large groups.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a tactful and courteous manner.
- Ability to process work with outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
