Job Location: This position will be located at a base location that is flexible within the State of Missouri.
We are seeking an individual who is committed to the mission of keeping Missourian’s safe and healthy. This position is integral in assisting Missouri’s Medicaid-eligible senior citizens and adults with disabilities remain as independent as possible in the least restrictive environment through the Home and Community Based Services program. A person in this position will exhibit exceptional communication skills, have good data entry and documentation skills, consistently display exemplary customer service, and demonstrate collaboration amongst an interdisciplinary team.
- Entry and organization of work orders.
- Update the status of team work orders throughout the month.
- Provide support to the Provider Reassessment Review Team on various projects.
- Provide objective and accurate documentation to an interdisciplinary team.
- Represent the program with exemplary customer service.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher level degree from an accredited college or university (substitutions may be allowed).
- Keen attention to detail and documentation
- Exhibit disability & cross-generational awareness
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience with data entry is preferred.
