Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Hybrid work will not be available for this position.

Be part of the department’s team to implement Missouri’s new Adult Use Cannabis Program in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Support leadership with operational activities
- Provide backup support for the Executive Assistant.
- Coordinate with staff to update the Division’s administrative manual.
- Support the fiscal team with procurement and fiscal duties.
- Assist in coordinating data for reports and responses to public inquiries.
- Schedule Division New Employee Orientation and update agenda as needed.
- Maintain Division phone and email distribution lists.
- Submit Division HR and ITSD tickets.
Minimum Qualifications:- 3-5 years of professional experience in an administrative or administrative support role.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 3-5 years of experience with fiscal duties preferred.
