Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Dr. Jefferson City, MO 65109.

This position will support teams working on the varied projects funded through the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity grant. You will provide support to programs making impacts in the lives of Missourians, while taking advantage of the opportunity to network with program managers and work with a dynamic team.- Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Research payments to ensure compatibility with funding and inclusion of charges in grant applications
- Ensure necessary and correct accounting codes are used for payments, expense reports and receipts.
- Process payments in both SAMII and Missouri Buys.
- Provide invoicing and expense report assistance to fellow team members and vendors as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:- 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or appropriate certification. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- Skill in applying varied acceptable and established accounting methods to resolve financial issues.
- Knowledge and experience with SAMII and Missouri Buys preferred.
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
