Associate Customer Service Representative (FCB Nexus)
Department of Revenue
Location: Truman Building - 301 West High Street, Jefferson City, MO

HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative call-center environment, have a Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. work schedule, and enjoy an excellent benefits package. You’ll gain a sense of satisfaction knowing that you are assisting fellow Missourians with their tax accounts.
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:- Communicate with Department customers utilizing multiple computer systems
- Verify business tax compliance and issue appropriate documentation when requested
- Establish payment plan agreements
CORE COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
Strategic Thinking Computer Literacy Effective Writing
Self-directed Attention to Detail Clear Communication
QUALIFICATIONS:- Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency
- Experience in clerical or related work, with a strong familiarity and commitment to customer service.
- Experience with data entry
- Reliable and motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accurately handle a high volume of calls
After 3 months, with successful production, the Field Compliance Bureau offers a hybrid work options (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). However, you will be required to report to work each week and will be domiciled in the Jefferson City Office.
