This position will be located at the St. Louis Regional Office, 7545 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Suite 210, St. Louis, MO 63125.
- Coordinating and documenting maintenance, reporting usage data, and assisting employees with vehicle checkout for a fleet of 21 State of Missouri vehicles; including making purchases for fleet vehicles for repairs, maintenance, and other issues using a State of Missouri purchasing card.
- Professional document proofing, printing, and finalization
- Searching electronic and physical files for documents in compliance with the Missouri Sunshine Law
- Answering phone calls from the public and routing them to appropriate staff members
- Assisting other Administrative staff, Technical staff, and office leader as needed

- Computer Skills : Uses computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work.
Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- Possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency and 1-3 years of experience in administrative office work; prior fleet or automotive experience
