This full-time position will be located at 112 Plaza Drive, Sikeston. The current work schedule includes weekend hours and will be discussed upon interview. The schedule is 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, but may vary according to the needs of the facility.

This is a supervisory direct care position accountable for administering medication and other prescribed treatments; taking vital signs, assisting with care plan activities; observing and reporting client conditions and behaviors; and participating in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers. Oversees work of other support staff. Communicates with doctors, clients, and families, and educates clients on care. May provide transport to offsite appointments and application of restraints, when necessary. May perform some security-related functions in a mental health care setting.
- Supervising and scheduling direct care staff for campus group homes and SOP ISL homes. Oversees work of other Support Care staff.
- As part of a treatment team, observing behavior and participating in habilitation programs
- Schedule training for Support Care staff.
- Preparing reports, tracking leave requests, and assisting in group homes/SOP ISL with staffing/programming, etc. as necessary.
- Accountable for administering medications and other prescribed treatment such as taking vital signs, assisting with care plan activities, etc.
- Providing coverage in Group Homes as to meet consumer staffing needs as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency. Must possess a valid drivers license. Knowledge of facility practices, rules, and regulations; methods and techniques of supervision. Two-four years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed)
