What you’ll do: - Plan and direct the work of skilled or semi-skilled workers, and other trade personnel.
- Train, mentor, coach, and develop skills of staff.
- Comprehend, analyze and interpret complex technical documentation.
- Solve problems and provide several options for resolution.
All you need for success: Minimum Qualifications Knowledge in a variety of trade areas including:
- Electrical/electronics
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Carpentry
- Painting
- 3-5 years of skilled experience in trades, building maintenance, or construction.
This position is physically demanding. Examples of job duties may include prolonged periods of walking/ standing/ sitting/ bending, climbing ladders, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, working in inclement weather and working on uneven surfaces.
