Lead this multifaceted, public purpose enterprise that finances affordable housing, business and economic growth opportunities throughout Colorado. This position is responsible for the overall operation and management of the affairs of CHFA. It includes consultation with the Board of Directors and maintaining and developing relationships with a myriad of business partners at all levels of government, the for profit and nonprofit sectors, and overseeing the organization’s long-term sustainability. The position is appointed by and reports to the Board of Directors, which is the governing body of CHFA and is vested with all of CHFA's statutory authority.
