Location: The home office for this position is in Jefferson City, however, position may be filled regionally with candidates located in Northwest, Northeast and Southwest regions.

We are recruiting to fill a Court Services Management Analyst I/II position to perform professional work in providing case processing procedures and other assistance to local courts to insure more efficient and effective court operations. Work includes writing and editing manuals for specific case processing information and assistance, evaluating and verifying procedural information, developing and analyzing workflow processes for adapting case processing procedures.

This position may be filled one of two ways, depending on qualifications:

Court Services Management Analyst I ($45,691) - Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or court management experience.

Court Services Management Analyst II ($47, 634) - Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field of study or court management experience and one year of professional experience in related field. Court experience preferred.

  • Provides administrative assistance to judicial staff to improve the administration and operation of the local courts.
  • Coordinates the development of policies and procedures at a complex level.
  • Interprets, analyzes and applies policies and procedures to complex issues.
  • Conducts workflow analysis to evaluate case processing procedures; identifies potential workflow problems and recommends changes in procedures to facilitate automation and improve the administration and operation of the local courts.
  • May provide level two or three user support, through the help desk system, on the functionality and use of automated case management system and report features


Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management and 1 year of progessional experience in a related field.

Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Substantial knowledge of the unit’s technical work processes.
  • Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of modern court management.
  • Ability to analyze problems and needs and make effective recommendations.
  • Ability to use automated operating systems, such as Windows, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to travel to the courts to provide onsite technical and administrative assistance to court personnel (some positions require extensive overnight travel).
