The Job The Office of Homeless Services is recruiting for a Housing Program Specialist* . Incumbent will operate a Departmental case management system and related systems in strict accordance with the law. This class series requires the ability to provide appropriate information and answer basic questions from the public related to the criminal justice system, both in-person and over the telephone. District Attorney Services Specialist II This is the journey level position within the series. In addition to the above, incumbents will be assigned to more increasingly difficult tasks within the Department, including being responsive to the needs of victims of crimes, demonstrating sensitivity to and establishing rapport with victims of crime, and exhibiting emotional stability under conditions of high stress.
