THE POSITION: The City of San Rafael is recruiting for a Program Coordinator in the Recreation Division of our Library and Recreation Department. This position is responsible for overseeing operations of the Terra Linda Community Pool, including hiring, training, scheduling of temp/seasonal lifeguards, swim instructors, cashiers for approximately 100 employees, for a 9-month pool season.
