THE POSITION IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT The Facilities and Real Property Management Division of Public Works is seeking a Building Maintenance Worker. The ideal candidate will have the ability to complete a wide variety of semiskilled manual tasks in the maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities.
