Mental Health Psychiatrist may function as the clinical lead for multidisciplinary treatment team. Minimum Qualifications Any combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities. Education: Graduation from an approved medical school and satisfactory completion of a three year psychiatric residency approved by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association.
