    Position Description
    Performs professional level work at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center by conducting classes on a per-course or limited-term basis, without any guarantee of continuing employment. Responsibilities encompass the coordination and instruction of one or more courses within a prescribed curriculum. Teachers in this classification usually specialize in the academic subject, professional discipline or technical skill being taught at the time of employment. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based upon results obtained. May supervise subordinate employees assigned to area of responsibility.

    Major/Essential Functions
    • This position will include lab and/or lecture instruction within various entry-level DPT courses, including assistance with practical exams in the HPPT 8123 Clinical Reasoning 1 and HPPT 8224 Clinical Reasoning 2 courses (among others) in the DPT program in Lubbock, TX.


    Occasional Duties


    Required Qualifications
    • Licensed physical therapist.
    • At least 10 years of clinical experience.
