Education and/or Equivalent Experience: - Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to Criminal Justice or Business Administration plus two (2) years of relevant work experience, one (1) of which was in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned. Designs and implements systems and procedures to ensure uniform record maintenance, system updating, and quality control. Provides information/data to court staff and the public. Researches special issues concerning court processes and procedures and makes recommendations to management. Develops and monitors unit budget. Participates in strategic and long-range planning. Compiles statistical and financial information. Prepares bank deposit and researches and resolves discrepancies. Coordinates unit procedures/policy with other court units.
- Responsibilities- Supervision and/or Leadership Exercised:
- Responsible for the full range of supervisor activities including selection, training, evaluation, counseling and recommendation for dismissal.

Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed. - Knowledge of law and legal principles and practices relevant to Municipal Court.
