Position Description
Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.
Major/Essential Functions- Supports the fellowship program Directors, fellows, and residents by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing, and coordinating the programs' academic and operational activities.
- Facilitating onboarding and offboarding, accurately entering data into MedHub, managing the opening and closing of clinics, and coordinating travel.
- Required to attend meetings, coordinate, and train with the Program Manager.
- Work closely with the GME Office to ensure program accreditation.
Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
