Deputy City Manager

The City of Santa Fe is seeking a seasoned and strategic municipal leader to serve as its next Deputy City Manager. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the City’s future by supporting complex initiatives, strengthening cross-departmental operations, and providing executive-level guidance across a range of public services.

The Deputy City Manager will serve as a key advisor to the City Manager and work closely with elected officials, department heads, and community stakeholders to deliver responsive and effective government services. The successful candidate will bring high emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and a strong record of managing people, budgets, and operations in a municipal environment.
