.Ideal candidates will possess a current Medical Assistant certification from an accredited training program and demonstrate a strong foundation in clinical and administrative skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse patient population. Prior experience in a community health or outpatient setting in primary care, reproductive health, behavioral health, and/or pediatrics is also preferred, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Salary Hiring Range for
Medical Assistant I is $38,861.51 to $49,548.45 depending on qualifications
Salary Hiring Range for
Medical Assistant II is $44,987.07 to $57,358.51 depending on qualifications

Minimum Qualifications MEDICAL ASSISTANT I: Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No experience required.
Additional Requirements:Must possess Medical Assistant Certification from an approved Medical Assistant training program.
Must obtain Basic Life Support for the Health Care Professionals within three (3) months of hire.
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
Must possess a current fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT II: Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience as a medical assistant to include a minimum of one (1) year working in three (3) different disciplines, such as Primary Care/Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Reproductive Health.
Additional Requirements: Must possess Medical Assistant Certification from an approved Medical Assistant training program.
Must obtain Basic Life Support for the Health Care Professionals within three (3) months of hire.
