    CSEA Range 18 ; Full-time/Non-Exempt 40 hours per week; 12 months per year

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

    This position will support Shipping/Receiving & Mail Services, as well as Asset Management, and Surplus/Excess Property, including E-waste. This position will provide the campus community with timely and accurate handling, distribution, and processing of all mail and District property.

    The current work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Over the summer the schedule changes to Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Friday off. The work schedule is dependent upon District need and may include work on weekends, holidays or on-call shifts.

    PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

    The successful applicant will be required to complete a medical history questionnaire and must agree to undergo and pass a pre-employment physical examination, based on the physical requirements of the position, prior to employment. The physician will be selected and paid for by the District.     The College is home to 25,000 solar panels and has the ability to generate 6.4 million kilowatt hours of electricity per year or 4.5 megawatts DC – enough to power over 920 homes.
