Under general supervision of the Assistant City Manager, the Water Utilities Director manages the operations and maintenance of the Water Utilities Department. The Water Utilities Director oversees a comprehensive program that ensures water and wastewater service to the City as well as supervises the development and implementation of the capital improvement program and operating budgets. The City of Oceanside is seeking a charismatic, forward-thinking professional to serve as the new Water Utilities Director. The City is looking for a team-oriented individual with knowledge of technical and operating principles, practices, and techniques of water and wastewater systems.
The monthly salary range for the Water Utilities Director position is $14,870 to $20,822. Placement within this range is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
