The Placer County Department of Facilities Management is accepting applications to fill one Real Estate Services Manager vacancy in Auburn, CA. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing real estate services activities, including planning, developing, negotiating, acquiring, leasing, and managing real property for the County.

Experience: Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in real property management or real estate services, including two (2) years of supervisory responsibility.
Training: Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public or business administration, facility management, property management, construction management, architecture, civil engineering, project management, communications, land use and urban development, finance, real estate, or a related field.
