Job/Department Summary:

The content producer serves as a project lead and primary content creator on key communications initiatives serving University Advancement, University Communications, and the University. This position involves significant writing and editing, as well as collaboration with designers, multimedia creators, and campus partners to bring projects from idea to delivery. The content producer will consult with and execute on strategies developed by the University Communications leadership team to advance the University’s reputation, enrollment growth, and philanthropic support.

Required Education and Experience:

The qualifications for this position are normally obtained through a college degree, which includes relevant coursework in areas such as journalism, English, or public relations
AND
Three years of related professional or technical experience such as organizational communications, media, marketing, or public relations.

Time Base: Full-time

Pay Plan: 12/12

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, Summer: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:30pm.

CSU Classification Salary Range: $49,572 - $90,000 per year.
