Our primary office is located in Fort Collins, and our second office is in Loveland. Both are set in a picturesque region featuring the Cache La Poudre and Big Thompson rivers, Horsetooth Reservoir, and Rocky Mountain National Park. This position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with some after-hour work required.

- Represents the District Attorney's Office in criminal proceedings, including scheduling, plea negotiations, hearings, motions, and sentencing.
- Reviews summonses, tickets, evidence, and witness statements submitted by law enforcement.
- Determines if a crime was committed, its nature, and if evidence justifies prosecution.

QualificationsAll candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required for the DDA I will be eliminated from the process.
- No experience required.
- Current license to practice law in Colorado, or obtain it within two (2) months of hire required.
