Job Summary Performs customer service, cashiering, and clerical work. Primary duties include overseeing and participating in the collection of fees along with following established procedures for monthly cardholder usage, validations, access control, and special events. Duties also include greeting guests and providing them directions to areas of interest or explaining rates and parking facility information, monitoring and maintaining inventory, conducting facility counts or documenting counts or lane usage, and preparing daily reports. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods, often under hot and humid condition and in inclement weather. Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds. Requires ability to work a fast-paced environment for four hours without breaks. Requires sharp attention to detail. Involves performing duties under adverse conditions such as exposure to exhaust fumes, excessive noise, working in confined area, exposure to outdoor conditions including inclement weather, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
Work Schedule: Required to work nights, weekends, and all holidays. Must be flexible to work various schedules including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts. Typically, hours vary between 20 - 35 per week, depending on event schedule and division needs
**$1 more an hour for Shift Differential Pay
Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and six (6) months ticket sales, cashier, or customer service experience
required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required at time of application. Must pass a background check which includes a polygraph.

- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
