Full-time position available with the Human Resources Department, HR Information Systems Division located at 414 E. 12th St.
Salary Range: $22.52-$33.78/hour
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Division is responsible for maintaining and supporting PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits, Pension, and Recruitment Modules. The Division assists employees in better managing information to achieve their business objectives by handling module-specific concerns, administering functional security, documenting business processes, providing functional requirements for system customizations, coordinating project team activities during system upgrades, testing, ad-hoc reporting, resolving help desk tickets, and training development and deployment.
As an HRIS Analyst Trainee, you will assist the HRIS Team in managing and maintaining our HR Information System (PeopleSoft). This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and support the continuous improvement of HR processes through technology. You will gain valuable knowledge and skills to progress in HRIS roles.
