    General Summary

    The Systems Administrator will be responsible for analyzing, designing, construction and supporting application implementation development according to business requirement. Identifying business problems and proposing solutions. Provide required project documentation such as designs documents; develop test plans, and deployment support. Providing expertise and possible solutions to resolve business needs. Provide on-call support when necessary.

    Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience

    Minimum BS in Computer Science, MIS, or five years of experience in a related field required.

    Must have at least 3 years recent experience in software development.

    Familiar with software life cycle model. Strong background in Web Development, ASP, ASP.net, and Macromedia Suite, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Imaging Tools, Visual Basic.

    Experience and understanding of the following application, Oracle 9i, Program Units, SQL Database Server 7, MS Office Pro., Form Development, Web Report Development, Windows 10 Enterprise.

    An understanding of dynamic or active web content and the use of C, C++, CGI and or SQL a plus.

    In-depth knowledge of one or more current web markup or scripting languages HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

    Expertise in current internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications.

    Working knowledge of networking technologies, including security and encryption on the internet, and basic web networking concepts.

    Web design capabilities with knowledge of HTML and HTML editors.
