The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm. Weekends and Holidays are on call as needed. This is a temporary position expected to last 12 months.

This is a
ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, this position:
- Installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing ,Electrical, HVAC and irrigation systems.
- Operates, maintains, adjusts, and repairs a wide variety of equipment.
- Lifts h eavy equipment includes, but is not limited to, forklifts, single and tandem axel dump trucks, water trucks, tractors, skid steer loaders, front end loaders, boom lifts, scissor lifts, roller packers, backhoes, and various pull behind equipment
- Operates, maintains, adjusts, and repairs equipment and tools necessary for performing
maintenance tasks. - Performs and oversees maintenance and repair on event equipment, facilities, buildings, and grounds at the Ranch Event Complex

We are looking for a candidate that will:
- Have experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar
duties and responsibilities. - Perform skilled journey level maintenance and repair work in either the plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical, or carpentry trade area.
- Perform routine software and business applications including, but not limited to, word processing, CMMS, spreadsheets, presentation software, and databases.
- Use a computer sufficiently to communicate with other staff using email, and simple word and excel documents.
- Practice safe operation of a variety of hand and power tools.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
QualificationsAll candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
- One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
