You’ll oversee everything from academic operations to budgeting, ensuring every aspect of the program runs like a well-oiled machine. SALARY AND BENEFITS Starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $6,500 to $7,062 a month. This is a full-time, fixed-term, exempt position. Renewal of this position is contingent upon the individual's performance, successful maintenance of grant funding budget, and administrative considerations. This position is eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. In addition, 14 paid holidays are offered each year; 13 scheduled on specific days and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year ( comprehensive benefits summary PDF ).
