Job Description and DutiesUnder general direction of the Supervising Program Technician III, the Program Technician III (PT III) is the subject matter expert on all permits within the unit and provides assistance to the Southern Area Office (SAO) management team. The incumbent is responsible for applying laws, regulations and policies pertaining to the Mobilehome Park Program such as Mobilehome Park fee and data collection. The incumbent interacts with the public to answer questions and address issues relative to the Mobilehome Parks Act.
