HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,840 to $79,684 (Estimated Annual Salary)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise logistics operations including freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control under limited supervision.
  • Conduct team meetings.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes in preferred work methods to increase productivity of dispatch operations.
  • Assist in new associate training.
  • Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates utilize time-off or are absent from the shift.
  • Have a thorough working knowledge of the site’s operating systems to ensure operational compliance and correct exception resolution.
  • Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Maintain files and records; collects, calculates, and submit timesheets.
  • Assist with reports and correspondence; collaborates with recycling programs and events.
  • Observes driver’s work performance; conduct annual evaluations and execute disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Report all incidents to the MRF Operations Manager


Minimum Qualifications

  • Requirements High School or GED graduate.


  • Requires two years or more supervisory experience.


  • CDL (Class B) License required.


  • County will train appropriate candidate.
