The successful candidate will facilitate cross-functional business planning initiatives, lead systematic problem-solving efforts and implement cross-functional process improvement techniques to boost organizational efficiency. - Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives, including developing and implementing Quality Management Systems ( QMS ) and mitigating risk.
- Experience leading a Quality Center of Excellence (CoE) to establish and promote enterprise-wide quality standards.
- Demonstrated success in leading business transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide projects with PMP certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis to identify risks, uncover process inefficiencies, and implement targeted improvements that drive measurable results.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

Conducts continual improvement training. Supports the organizations quality center of excellence.
