Essential duties and functions, may include the following:
  • Provide recommendations on new applications to meet business needs

Experience supporting desktops and assisting customers at an enterprise level Broad experience in application management, including updating, patching, and maintaining applications Experience updating and/or adding applications to virtual desktops such as VMWare VDI , Azure, AWS , or similar Experience with query tools such as PowerShell, WMI Query, SQL query or Kusto query Experience working with business-line leaders to deploy third-party applications Experience using endpoint management technologies to manage and deploy patches for an organization

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and configure technological solutions

2. Assist in administering, monitoring, and maintaining one or more IT systems

3. Provide support in response to issues to resolve specific technical problems or make changes to systems

5. Perform bug tracking and quality assurance tasks

6. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing

7. Develop and/or deliver training
