If you are a detailed problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills, then the California Department of Justice, Division of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse (DMFEA), is looking for you!

As a Staff Services Analyst (SSA) in the DMFEA Complaint and Data Branch, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team committed to providing excellent customer service.

Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the SSA performs difficult analytical and research support functions in the Complaint and Data Branch, which is DMFEA's centralized complaint intake unit. The SSA reviews incoming complaints, inputs the details into the case management system, and develops investigative leads to identify potential areas of Medi-Cal fraud and elder abuse. The SSA provides technical training and assistance to the Complaint and Data Branch staff and other DMFEA personnel.
