What you’ll do: TB Shots -- Administer and read, hard copies, filing, spreadsheet, alerts, reminders, tracking monthly/annual compliance, electronic filing, and obtaining supplies, making packets for the units and group homes, out of area staff and other duties as assigned Flu Shots -- Administer, monitor for adverse reactions, hard copies, filing, spreadsheet, alerts, reminders, tracking and compliance, electronic filing, ordering supplies-June and other duties as assigned Hep B Vaccines -- Administer, hard copies, filing, spreadsheet, alerts, reminders, tracking, electronic filing, obtaining supplies and other duties as assigned Hand Hygiene -- Preparing a monthly list based on unit rosters, alerts and reminders, tracking, documenting, notifying supervisors when it’s not complete FMLA -- Prepping folders and emails, corresponding with HR and employee for compliance CARO (Worker’s Compensation) -- Obtaining the needed reports and then taking that data into the Restore system and generating reports, corresponding with clinic and CARO staff regarding the incident. This usually is several conversations/emails over a given time to ensure the matter is resolved Scanning - Scan new hire health information into the electronic filing system, as well as retro scanning (scanning old files into the system). Must work with HR staff for this process COVID 19 -- Sending Pre O people and existing staff for testing, maintaining call in logs pertaining to COVID absences, administer and track vaccines and tests for staff and residents -Forward received resident tests to Dr. M. Patel upon receipt, submit weekly and PRN reports including but not limited to positive staff reporting and follow up, Tele tracking, ShowMeVax file management, paper and electronic filing, PPE numbers, N-95 masks fitting and documentation, update daily test tracker on V drive, track testing numbers, administered vaccine spreadsheet Pre-Employment Orientation - Work with HR in onboarding new employees. Provide a health assessment and information for pre-employment drug screen. Print drug screen results and file accordingly. Communicate to HR when employees are cleared with Employee Health. Performs related work as assigned. Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance; arrive to work on time, returns from lunch on time and minimizes unscheduled absences.
