Charleston Center is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team and coordinate the recruitment and hiring process from beginning to end. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box and finishes projects in a timely manner.



Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating applications and resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork, while adhering to personal data privacy regulations. Working closely with hiring managers, you will identify overall position requirements, develop recruiting programs and strategies, including development of marketing materials.

You will be the point of communication between job applicants and the hiring team, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. If you possess the ability to work independently and with a team, thorough problem-solving and time management skills, and outstanding organizational skills, we are looking for you! Hours and work location flexible.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate Degree in Business related field supplemented with three (3) or more years' experience in administrative services; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow various policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Ability to operate a personal computer with proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and proprietary software
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
