THE POSITION With supervisor approval, incumbents may be eligible for intermittent remote work; however, they must physically reside within the Sacramento region or have the ability to regularly report to a City of Sacramento physical worksite with little notice. This position is part of the Enterprise Applications Division, which is responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining the Human Resources Workers' Compensation System. It is also responsible for the system configuration, custom application development, report development, and day-to-day support. This technical position provides a wide range of development-related duties, system configuration, and end-user training. This position should work independently with minimal supervision on providing necessary system updates and enhancements in a timely matter.
