Summary Participates in the operation and maintenance of wastewater, storm water drainage, roadways, sidewalks, signage, and associated facilities. Summary Under general supervision, the Capital Projects Manager / City Engineer manages the planning, funding, and budgeting for projects. Manages the design and construction of transportation capital improvement projects in the City and other capital infrastructure involving buildings, pump stations, and stormwater facilities.
