The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
- Review contractor-submitted reports and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with statewide contract requirements.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate reports, conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies or areas of concern and follow up with contractors as needed.
- Collaborate to accurately enter contractor-reports and related data into designated compliance databases and tracking tools.
- Collaborate to generate and compile reports from compliance databases to provide statistical insights to management and department stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality, streamline compliance processes, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with division policies and procedures, while staying informed of procurement regulations to ensure ongoing compliance .
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. (Substitution on the bachelor's degree may be allowed if 4 or more years of relevant procurement experience)
Preferred Knowledge and Skills: - Ability to work independently in assessing and managing priorities and ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze information, apply relevant guidelines, and draw logical, evidence-based conclusions.
- Organized and detail oriented with effective written and oral communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, meeting deadlines, and working with teams.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, department staff, and vendors
- Experience with computers, desktop applications including Microsoft Office products.
- Desirable for the candidate to have 1-3 years of relevant procurement or audit experience.
